I have a sometimes dry but witty sense of humor. I am thankful for my family and friends. I love being in nature. I try to go hiking or camping once a year at least. I love the performing arts (plays, musicals, operas, concerts) and going to museums. I love watching a good movie after a long day at work. I stay informed mainly by listening to the local public radio station, which is I heard of Gather). Although I can get stuck in my habits, I think I have an adventurous side. I like taking road trips, went whitewater rafting, attend sporting events, theme parks. I majored in history for my BA so I want to travel to the places I studied, except the Congo for now. I am not saintly but care deeply for social justice issues (poverty, the environment, global warming, civil rights, abuse/ neglect, labor laws). I also like to learn how to improve my health. I love cats and birds.
